The measurement range in the horizontal direction in micrometers (μm).
Measurement Range (Y-axis)*
The measurement range in the vertical direction in micrometers (μm).
Measurement Step Size*
Select the scan step size between each point.
Data Analysis*
Select the data analysis method for your sample. Raw Data: 32bits tif files. Basic Data Analysis: Conver Laue pattens to 2D Images (Inculding crystallinity & grain distribution). Advance Data Analysis: Crystal phases, orientations, dislocation density, strain and stress.
Delivery Time of Data*
Data Available Time (From the Date of SGService Received the Sample, Noted on System Notification Letter)
Return Sample*
We will return your sample via FedEx/DHL/UPS/EMS when "Yes". Just select once for one sample, we will return entire samples in the same order number to your member registered address.
